Remember, our GOLF priorities at this time are:

  1. not cupping your wrist on the back swing

  2. leading the downswing with your hips

  3. increasing weight shifting throughout the swing.

And our life/movement/functional priorities are:

  1. increase single leg stance ability/time/balance

  2. improving glute strength and hip dominant movement patterns that can reduce pressure and pain on knees.

  3. keep you out of a wheelchair

Happily, there is a lot of overlap between these two sets of goals!
